- Personalized Comparable Market Analysis - You will get a detailed market analysis that will be updated on a regular basis.
- Communication Pledge - You will be contacted on a weekly basis and updated on the progress of the marketing and escrow of your property or we will reduce the commission by $100 for each week missed.
- No Pressure Presentation - You will never have to worry about being pressured into accepting an offer to purchase on your home.
